30 pounds
I need to figure out what I’m going to do about my weight. I am a good 30 pounds overweight and am sick of it. I told myself I would get into shape before summer and here it is late July and nothing. I just can’t seem to get motivated to do anything. I need one of those fitness trainers from the Biggest Loser with me 24/7. It is too bad I’m not rich enough to hire somebody to do that for me. What I need to do is pick a day to start working out and stick to it. I also need to start eating better. My friend Eve told me I should look into the acai berry diet. She said her sister had success with it. I just wish I could snap my fingers and make the pounds come off. That would be like the greatest thing in the world.
